Alpha is a ten week course designed for anyone interested in finding out more about the Christian faith. Adults of all ages are welcome. No question is seen as too simple or too hostile. The evening begins with dinner followed by a weekly talk. The remainder of the evening is spent in small group discussion. CHILDCARE through 5th grade is provided. On the Saturday following the 6th Thursday we enjoy an "Alpha Day Away" with food, fellowship and an indepth look at the person and work of the Holy Spirit. (NO Childcare available for the Day Away.) If you are interested but have missed the first three weeks of this session, please contact us for future Alpha Course dates. WHO IS ALPHA FOR?
• It is for people who are disconnected from God and need a safe place where they can hear who God is, can dare to say what they really think without being judged for saying it.
• It is for people who have been hanging out in churches, going through the motions, but have never connected the dots. Through the Alpha Course they can grasp the fact that a relationship with God is incredibly relevant to every day life.
• It is for people who already have a relationship with God, who want a refresher or a deeper understanding of fundamental questions like how the Holy Spirit personally works in us.
• It is for people who have been walking with God for a long, long time and really get excited about seeing people connect with Him.
• The Alpha Course is for EVERYBODY.
